A progressive calisthenics class built to develop real, usable strength. This program focuses on mastering bodyweight fundamentals: pulling, pushing, core control and stability while scaling to all fitness levels. Whether you’re building your first pull up or refining more advanced skills, each session is structured to meet you where you are and move you forward.
A great mix of strength work and HIIT style conditioning that improves endurance, control and overall athletic performance. It’s a strong compliment to your CrossFit training or a complete standalone option if you want to focus on bodyweight strength and movement quality.
