Breath Work Program

A guided breath training class designed to build real, usable resilience. Inspired by the principles behind Wim Hof’s work without being affiliated. This session uses controlled breathing and focus to challenge your cardiovascular system in a completely different way.

You’ll learn how to regulate your breath under “stress”, improve oxygen efficiency, and expand your capacity to stay calm and perform when things get uncomfortable. This isn’t only recovery, it’s training your nervous system and redefining your relationship with your breath.

Held once a week on Saturdays at 10:00 am. Open to all experience levels. Included with your Unlimited CrossFit Membership or drop in for $25.00. Sign up below.
